Managed and directed an in-house art team working on various mobile slot machine titles, elevating the studio’s artistic ambition while delivering projects in record time.

Oversaw outsourcing for a new title, ensuring the successful delivery of hundreds of highly detailed furniture assets.
This prototype was an interesting case of a project developing complex monetization strategies without a clear game design.
I navigated around this issue for as long as I could, but I wasn’t involved in the design, and it ultimately crippled the project. No one knew what the game was, and many people outside design were trying to steer it. After multiple prototype variants it ran out of steam.
Still, it was a valuable learning experience, highlighting the importance of having a clear gameplay model driving a project right from the very start.
On the art side, working with the outsourcing group Adia was a pleasure. We powered through a huge number of assets while building the prototype.
